3 Grace V. Drugan, 78 of Carimona St., died Tuesday (Jan 9, 1996) at Sauer Memorial Home. She was born Jan 26, 1917 in Cascade, WI to Raymond and Ruth (Aitken) Carothers. She married Leo E. Drugan July 22, 1935 in Trempealeau, WI. He died Dec. 3, 1982 in Winona. Grace was employed at Winona Knitting Mills for many years. She was a member of St. John's Church, its Rosary Society and Quilter's Guild, Harvest House and Flower and Garden Club.

Survivors include one daughter, Marsha (Michael) Womble of Winona; two granddaughters, Lisa (Mathew) Schumacher of Perry, IA and Gina Womble of Orange, CA; one brother, Merlin of Minnesota City, MN; and three sisters, Rachel Brion of Eau Claire, Helen Pooler of Lake Nebagamon, WI and Fern Rieck of Alma, WI. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, two brothers, Charles and Walter and one sister, Charlotte Gifford.

A funeral mass will be held at St. John's Catholic Church with preliminary services at Watkowski Funeral Home. Burial will be at St. Mary's Cemetery. Pallbearers will be LaMoine Brion, Charles, Steve and Mark Carothers and Dennis Rieck and Roger Rieck.
