Trempealeau, Wis. -- (Special to the Republican-Herald) -- The marriage of Miss Elizabeth Drugan, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Hubert Drugan of Trempealeau, and Robert Hammond, son of Mrs. Ruby Hammond of Galesville, was solemnized by the Rev. John Murphy at St. Bartholomew's Catholic Church here at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday.

The bride wore a floor length ivory satin gown with lace puffed sleeves. The gown was made on princess lines and cut low at the neckline. Her necklace was a string of pearls. Her slippers were of white satin and her long tulle veil was edged in Chantilly lace and held in place with a coronet, fastened with seed pearls and orange blossoms. The bride carried an arm bouquet of Talisman roses and pompons tied with a white satin ribbon.

The bridal couple was attended by Margaret Hammond, sister of the bride groom, and Hubert Drugan, Jr., brother of the bride. Mrs. Lloyd Cowan played the nuptial music.

Miss Hammond's gown was of blue taffeta with a long red sash and accessories to match. Her shoulder bouquet was of pink roses.

A three-course wedding dinner was served in the dining room of the church to relatives and friends. Tables were decorated in fall flowers. The color scheme was in pink and green.

Afterward the couple went on a wedding trip by automobile which will take them to the Wisconsin Dells and Madison, Wis., Freeport, Ill., Chicago and other points. For traveling the bride wore a green velvet dress trimmed in a lighter shade of green and with accessories to match.

When they return they will make their home in Little Tamarack where a new home is being built for them on the bridegroom's mother's farm which he has leased.
