Marriage Notes:
Researcher Robert C. Westphal, Jr. lists several other children but there are some discrepancies with the data. He lists all of their birth locations as Minnesota yet the 1880 and 1900 US Census records indicate all of their children as being born in Wisconsin.
Westphal lists Arthur C. Dehn, b. 1871, yet his name is not found with this family when he would have been about 9 years old. He could have been temporarily staying with other during the time of the enumeration but I can find no specific listing. He could have died before the 1880 census but Westphal shows he lived until 1957. There is another Arthur Dehn, b. 1878, found in the same exact township but he is listed as a child of William Dehn and wife, Louisa, who I assume must somehow be related to Frederich William Dehn.
Additionally, Westphal lists Emma Matilda Dehn, b. 9 Oct 1872, but she also does not appear on the 1880 census with this family. There is another Emma Dehne, b. 1874 listed in the same Dodge County to August Dehne and his wife, Augustine. Westphal also indicates that Emma lived until 1967.
Additionally, Westphal lists Martha Elvina Dehn, b. 20 Jul 1874 , d. 7 May 1966. No census record in either Minnesota or Wisconsin could be located.
