Nat E. Osborn, 89, lifelong resident of the Concord area, died Thursday morning at his home in Concord township. He had been in failing health.

Mr. Osborn was born March 20, 1870 in Concord Township. He married Molly Kramer in 1899 and the couple farmed 3 miles east of W. Concord. They retired a few years ago, but continue to reside on the farm with their son. His wife died in 1952. Surviving are a son, Clayton of Concord Township, 4 daughters, Mrs. Roy Golden of Dodge Center, Mrs. Clifford Miller of Rochester, Mrs. Paul Urch and Mrs. Alfred Schafer of West Concord; 8 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. Funeral services were held at 2 PM Sat. in the Methodist Church at West Concord with Rev. Walter Wynkoop officiating. Interment was in the Concord Cemetery.
