Buttermore Rites Slated Tuesday
Native of Ottawa Succumbs At 94

FOSTORIA - Mrs. Sierra Nevada Buttermore, 94, of 532 E. Jackson St., died at 4 PM Saturday at Bradley Rest Home in Tiffin. She was born in Ottawa, June 13, 1867, to Phillip and Dorothy (Lutz) Stateler. Her husband, William Buttermore, is deceased. A son, Arthur Lightfoot, Fostoria, survives. Three sisters and two brothers are deceased. She was a member of the First Church of Christ. Services will be conducted at the Mann Funeral Home at 1:30 PM Tuesday. The Rev. John J. Scott will officiate and burial will be in Fountain Cemetery. The body is at the funeral home.
