Joshua M. Fast ^{1 2 3 4 5 6}

  Medical Notes:

One of the Death Registers for Marion County, West Virginia shows the Cause of Death to be "Black Dump in Well". Although the handwriting is a little difficult to discern, it would appear that the authorities perhaps thought the existence of the Black Dump Fly somehow contaminated the well water which Joshua Fast consumed.
