1 Funeral services for Hazel I. O'Donnell, 87, a resident of the Shippensburg Health Care Center, and formerly of 111 S. Prince St., Shippensburg, will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. in Fogelsanger-Bricker Funeral Home, 112 W. King St., Shippensburg. She died Saturday, Aug. 12, 2000 in the center.

Born Nov. 12, 1912, in Greene Township, Franklin County, she was a daughter of the late Charles A. and Mary E. Henry Lightfoot and the widow of Jesse A. Noel Sr., who died in 1962, and Roland O'Donnell, who died in 1972.

Retired from the former L'Agilon Co., Shippensburg, she also worked at the former Shirtcraft Co.

She was a member of the International Ladies Garment Workers Union and the ladies' auxiliaries of Durff-Kuhn VFW Post 6168 and Oscar M. Hykes American Legion Post 223.

Mrs. O'Donnell is survived by a son, Jesse A. Noel Jr. of Upper Strasburg; two daughters, Linda K. Martin of Newville and Bonnie L. Jones of Shippensburg; a brother, Jay E. Lightfoot of Chambersburg; three sisters, Jane L. Cline of Hampton, Va., Thelma L. Martin and Violet R. Helm, both of Shippensburg; five grandchildren; and five great-grandsons.

She was preceded in death by four brothers.

The Rev. Dr. Francis H. Norton will officiate at services. Burial will be in Westminster Memorial Gardens, North Middleton Township.
Friends may call Wednesday from 10 to 11 a.m. at the funeral home.
