(Stacia Chandler was born on 23 October 1914 in Saint Paul, MN,1 2 3 4 died on 3 February 2000 in Eau Claire, WI 5 6 7 and was buried on 17 February 2000 in Northside Lutheran Cemetery, Eau Claire, Eau Claire, WI 7.). The 1935 Eau Claire City Directory lists Arthur J. Derouin living at 224 - 9th Avenue. His occupation was listed as a bartender for "W. J. Derouin". William J. Derouin's listing indicated that he ran a confectionery business so I'm not sure of the discrepancy in the type of business. In the 1937 directory, his occupation is listed as a clerk for W. J. Derouin. He and his wife, Anastasia have their residence as 740½ Broadway. In the 1939 directory, his occupation is listed as laborer and their residence as 315 - 10th Avenue. In 1941, his occupation is still listed as laborer and their residence at 838½ Water Street. In 1946, he is a laborer for Horel-George, and their residence is at 631 Menomonie. In 1951 through 1954, his occupation is roofer for Horel-George Company and their residence is 113½ Niagara. In 1956, Anastasia is living at 113 Ann Street, Apartment #3 while Arthur is living at 111½ Grand Avenue West, apparently after their divorce.
