E. Juanita Collinson, 88, of 1209 21st Ave, Rock Island, formerly of Galesburg, died Thursday, Dec 29, 1994, at Trinity Medical Center, East Campus in Moline. Born Aug 13, 1906 in Galesburg to Walter and Adda Bryte Bagley, she married Charles W. Collinson on Apr 18, 1953, in Moline. He died Aug 29, 1964. One sister and one brother preceded her in death. Surviving are one niece, Patricia Mordeson of Omaha, Nebraska; four nephews, Jim Bagley of Council Bluffs, IA, Jerry Luper of Osaga Beach, MO, Harold Luper of Bushnell and Ralph Luper of Table Grove; and several great-nieces and great-nephews. She was a typist at the Rock Island Arsenal for 30 years, retiring in 1968. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Rock Island. She was a 50-year member of Order of Eastern Star, Lucille Chapter 361. Graveside services will be at 1:00pm Monday at Prairie City Cemetery at Prairie City. There will be no visitation. Knox-Larson Funeral Home in Rock Island is in charge of arrangements.
