Gregory Allen Propst, 27, of Parkersburg, died suddenly on Sunday, May 14, 2000, in Calhoun County.

He was an employee of Coldwater Creek. He was medically discharged from the U.S. Marine Corps and was a member of Victory Baptist Church, Grantsville.

Surviving are two sons, Kyler Gregory Propst and Mason Todd Propst of Big Springs; his former wife, Amanda Dye Propst of Big Springs; his father, Roger Propst of Grantsville; his mother and companion, Loretta Hathaway and Robert Weekley of Parkersburg; his maternal grandmother, Eulanee Hathaway of Grantsville; six uncles; five aunts; and several cousins.

Services will be held on Friday, 2 PM, at First Baptist Church, Grantsville, with Rev. Robert Nicholas and Rev. Mike Worf officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Zion Cemetery. Friends may call at Stump Funeral Home, Grantsville, on Thursday, 6 to 9 PM
