Marriage Notes:
Duane's marriage license was incorrectly handled almost in the same manner of that for his older sister, Reva, in that the license was returned to the wrong county in which the ceremony was performed. The listing for the license entry in Gratiot county shows a ceremony at Battle Creek but it is crossed out. There is a valid entry for the license and marriage date in the Calhoun County Marriage Book.
