• He has alternate birth date of 1883 and a birth location of Illinois. • He appeared on the 1920 US Census in Muscatine, IA on 9 January 1920. 2 ![]() Otis married Millie Belle Fast, daughter of William Robert Fast and Sarah Emily Ator, on 2 September 1900 in , Pike County, IL.1 2 (Millie Belle Fast was born on 12 November 1883 in Pleasant Hill, IL,3 died on 18 January 1950 in New Canton, IL 1 and was buried on 21 January 1950 in Barry, IL.)
• They appeared on the 1920 US Census in Muscatine, IA on 9 January 1920. 2
The 1920 US Census record for this family increasingly appears to be for the wrong family. The age of Otis was off by 9 years and the age of Millie was off by 4 years. More importantly, Millie's name was shown as Nellie and her birth location was given as Missouri instead of Illinois. Furthermore, since both of them died and were buried in Pike County, Illinois, is seems unlikely that they moved to Muscatine, Iowa even thought it is just over the Mississippi river. |
