Mary's mother became a widow in 1936 and it appears that she moved in with her family. Sometime between 1936 and 1940, the extended family moved to Florida where they all appeared in the 1940 US Census in Lake Worth. By 1957, her elderly mother, Mary Warner-Renton, had returned back to Michigan where she died and was buried near her husband. I do not know if Earl and Mary Willoughby remained in Florida or if they also returned to Michigan.
