• Her obituary was published in the Wakarusa Tribune on 26 March 1936 in Wakarusa, IN.

Mrs Ida Delcamp, widow of the late Joseph Delcamp of Wakarusa, died Thursday morning at the home of her sister, Mrs Charles Doolittle, 139 West Mishawaka avenue, in Mishawaka.

Mr Delcamp died at their home on South Elkhart street, Wakarusa, last January 2.

Mrs Delcamp had been a chronic sufferer from bronchial and heart ailments for a number of years. March 5th, she was taken to the home of her sister in Mishawaka and at the home was seriously ill.

She was the daughter of Mr and Mrs Cornelius Smyser.

She was married twice, first to Henry Ernsberger, who preceded her in death, and again, on Dec. 5, 1916, to Joseph Delcamp.

One daughter, Estella Ernsberger, died at the age of 13 from scarlet fever.

Surviving are two sisters, Mrs Doolittle of Mishawaka, and Mrs Cornelius Morris of Wakarusa, and one brother, A C Smyser of Logansport, who is now in West Palm Beach, Fla.

Mrs Delcamp was a member of the Methodist church and was a regular attendant at church and Sunday school as long as she was able.

Funeral services were held Monday afternoon at the Sprague funeral home in Mishawaka, the Rev Edgar Moore of the Wakarusa Methodist church officiating. Burial in the Bowman cemetery near South Bend.
