  General Notes:

The surname of Rose is not known and no marriage record has yet been found. Her husband, Esta, is buried along with his apparent 2nd wife named Anna. There is no other record of what happened to Rose other than a 1940 US Census for an Esta Fast living in Canton, Illinois in which he states that he was divorced. The age of that Esta Fast does not match but if it was the correct person then obviously Esta and Rose were divorced sometime between 1930 and 1940.

There is a marriage record in Van Wert County, Ohio on 23 Feb 1932 for a Rose F. Fast who indicated that she had been divorced and her father's name was J. M. Schroeder and her mother's name was Margaret Roeder. On that date, she married Clarence C. Judkins. While this would seem to be the most likely match to Rose's parentage, it is not correct. This Rose Schroeder was married to Harley J. Fast in Allen County, Ohio in 1906.

There is another record from the SSDI which shows a Rose Fast born in 1884 who died in 1970 in Canfield, Mahoning County, Ohio. It is not known for certain if this would have been the same person.
