The spelling of her surname is questionable. In the obituary for her husband who died on 23 Oct 1903, it gives her name as Annie Pickett but I think this is just from a slurred pronunciation of the name Pigott.
The obituary also mentions the name of only one niece, Miss Anna Pigott, who survived but does not mention who her father was. This niece showed up with James and Anna Wier on the 1900 census at age 26. I suspect that she was actually a niece of Anna Pigott which means her father was a brother to Anna.
