General Notes:
When her mother was divorced from her first husband, Claude Steller, and remarried John Allison, apparently Dorothy may have been adopted or at least raised by John. On Dorothy's marriage application in 1929, she listed her name as Dorothy Allison. -----------------------------------
Noted events in her life were:

Marriage Notes:
How the bride got the surname of Allison on the marriage record is unknown. Perhaps she was adopted by John Allison when her mother was remarried to him. No record of a previous marriage between a Dorothy Steller and an Allison could be found. But Grace Lutze did not marry John Allison until 1925 which was 4 years before his son, George, from a different wife, and Dorothy Steller were married in 1929.
As near as I can determine their relationship to each other, it appears that they were step-brother and step-sister. They were not blood related.
