Maude Scott ^{1 2}

   Another name for Maude was Marie Scott.

  General Notes:

For some reason, the birth records record the name as "Marie Scott". There are no other birth records in the name of Maud so one or the other might have been a middle name or else the parents just arbitrarily decided to change her name from the original Marie to Maud. By the time she was 3 years old, the 1880 US Census shows that the parents gave her name as Maud.
