NOTE - The death certificate for Iva Ethel Holmes shows her name as Iva Ethel Kearnes but adds one AKA name of Iva Ethel Baity. The informant was Edward Baity and he is the one that ordered the gravestone according to records from Valhalla Memorial Park Cemetery now known as Westwood Memorial Park Memorials or Pierce Brothers Westwood Village Memorial Park, or Sunset Cemetery in Los Angeles, CA.

In spite of the AKA of Iva Baity and the gravestone being ordered by Edward Baity, he specified that the name on the gravestone should be Iva Ethel Kearnes. This leads me to believe that at one time Iva was married to a unknown Kearnes and later was a partner with Edward Baity without a marriage committment.
