  General Notes:

An affidavit was filed with the Eaton County Clerk's office on 17 Feb 1942 changing the entry of her birth name from Welch to Welsh. After over 60 years of believing that her birth surname was Welch, she somehow came to the realization that her father's name was really spelled Welsh instead of Welch.
