Sally, as she was known, resented Samuel's management of her money and slaves and they disagreed over her property. This from the Sageser Genealogy. I have been unable to confirm that the Arnspiger family ever owned slaves. It has not shown up on the census records to my knowledge nor did they pay tax on slaves.

Sarah married Samuel Rohrer, son of Reverend Jacob Rohrer and Elizabeth Bruner, on 5 January 1828 in , Jessamine County, KY.1 The marriage ended in divorce. (Samuel Rohrer was born on 8 January 1799 in , Jessamine County, KY,9 10 11 12 13 died on 16 March 1881 in , Jessamine County, KY 9 and was buried after 16 March 1881 in Bethel, KY.)

After their divorce which occurred in about 1840, Sarah was remarried in 1846 to Samuel Kettron. According to the 1850 US Census, all 5 of the their children were living with Samuel. The 1850 Slave Schedule for Jessamine County, Kentucky also showed one 55 year old black female slave in the household who probably helped care for the children and household while Samuel worked in the fields.
