Eugene, known as Gene, was an only child and always fascinated with cars. He became a mechanic and operated his own gas station in Chicago, Illinois. He was a very dynamic and personable man. He was not real tall, may be 5' 9", but he was strong as a bull. He had piercing blue eyes and an in credible sense of humor. His family was the most important thing to him and he went to great lengths, to keep them safe. The one passion in Gene's life, after his family, was Las Vegas. He and Millie went often in their later years. His family misses him still. Gene was buried in the family plot in Acacia Cemetery in Chicago.
