4. Obituary: Calhoun Chronicle, 10 February 1994, Grantsville, Calhoun, West Virginia, United States. Edna R. Propst, 76, of Grantsville, died Friday, Feb. 4, 1994, at her residence after an extended illness.

She was born in Calhoun, a daughter of the late William and Fay Hickman Kelley. She was a homemaker, and a member of First Baptist Church, Grantsville.

Surviving are three sons, Roger Propst and Jim Propst, both of Grantsville, and Ronald Propst of Beckley; one sister, Mildred Bell of Grantsville; one brother, Gray Kelley of Grantsville; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, George Propst, in 1952; and two sisters, Ethel Berdine and Dale Riux.

Services were held at Stump Funeral Home, Grantsville, with Rev. James Pearson officiating. Burial was in Bethlehem Cemetery, Grantsville.
