  General Notes:

She went blind in her 20s. Goldie's first husband was Robert Henning. He left Goldie when she went blind. Goldie's second husband was George Stadler. Goldie's third husband was Don Danser. Goldie lived in Toledo, Ohio. She was blinded early in life by brain tumor. She was also married three times, her last name was Danser. Her third husband Don Danser was married before and from Swanton, Ohio. She had no children. Her husband Don was also blinded by an explosion at a concrete, cement block factory in Toledo at an early age. Goldie and Don enjoyed traveling. They have been to Mexico and Hawaii and many of the states. Don also had the use of a guide dog, that traveled all over Toledo. Goldie was a nurse when she was young. Don made rugs out of rags on a huge loom in one room of his home. He did this many hours at a time. He would sell these to friends, family and at a Farmers Market in Toledo. Many are still in homes. Goldie is buried in a private cemetery on the Danser property in Delta, Ohio, 10 miles west of Swanton, Ohio. Don is also buried there. Don's son by his first wife lives in Phoenix, Arizona. Aunt Goldie died in 1985.
