Although listed as a "male" and a "Farm Laborer", I suspect that this was really the daughter, Eliza "Elsie" Harp instead of another son with the name of Elzey. If this actually were a son born about 1845, then he was not listed on the 1850 US Census. But the daughter named "Elsie" was listed as Eliza on the 1850 US Census. The name of the daughter either as Elsie or Eliza does not appear on the 1860 US Census.
