Little is known of this individual. He is perhaps George Heinrich Ernstberger's son or brother; more probably son. He is listed as a land owner in Manheim Township, Lancaster, Pennsylvania in 1771. Manheim is very close to Conestoga Township which is where George Heinrich Ernstberger resided. He was a member of the First Reformed Church of Lancaster. Other members of the family who were members of that church are Christopher Ernstberger (son of George Heinrich), Maria Agnes was baptized there (daughter of George Heinrich), which would indicated that George Heinrich was a member at one time. It would seem possible that Ulrich is a son of George Heinrich Ernstberger. Further research is necessary.
