This marriage record would seem to indicate a second marriage for Levi Fast following the death of his first wife in 1864 but the 1880 US Census record shows Levi living with his children and his marital status was marked as widowed. Either this was a different Levi Fast which is not likely because he was the only "Levi" in the area at the time or else this was indeed a second marriage for him but this wife also died shortly thereafter.
