Marriage Notes:
Both Clyde and Evangeline were born in Iowa. Sometime between 1895 and 1900, Clyde, who was about 20 years old and still single, traveled to Oklahoma to live with his uncle Joel Crees and his family. Within 5 years Clyde returned back to Iowa and married Evangeline in March 1906 in Muscatine County. They both then traveled back to Oklahoma where they made their home and their 3 children were born. Clyde and Evangeline continued to live out their lives in Oklahoma and both are buried in Lamont, Grant County, Oklahoma.
