  General Notes:

There is a "Charles N. Darner" buried at the New Hope Lutheran Church Cemetery in Muskingum County, Ohio. His gravestone inscription only indicates the date of death as "Sept 12, 1889" and his age as "25y, 11m, 8d". This could be the correct Charles Darner but since there were so many Darners in the county at the time, more research to verify the information would be needed.
