Leo Vannoy, 73, of Stumptown, died Thursday, Dec. 1, 1994, in Morgantown after an extended illness.
He was born in Calhoun, a son of the late Alvin H. and Murhl Sharp Vannoy. He was a retired construction worker and a member of Rush Run Baptist Church near Stumptown. Surviving are one sister, Gladys Vannoy Bond of Lehigh, Florida; one niece, Judith B. Morris of Morgantown; and one nephew, Robert E. Bond of North Cocoa, Fla.
He was preceded in death by his stepmother, Mattie Sharp Vannoy.
Services were held at Stump Funeral Home, Grantsville. Burial was in Sylvester Stump Cemetery, near Stumptown.
