Jack G. Wagner, 59, Columbus Junction, Iowa, died Monday, May 1, 1995, at Wapello Nursing Home.
Memorial services are 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Cedar Bethel Cemetery, Letts, Iowa. The body was cremated.
There is no visitation. A memorial fund has been established.
Stacy-Lewis Funeral Home, Columbus Junction, is in charge of arrangements.
Survivors include a daughter, Nancy Wagner, Galva; sons, Nicholas Wagner, Galva, and Neal Wagner, Davenport; five grandchildren; sisters, Juanita Lobdell, Davenport, Mona Alloway and Kerry Ziehl, both of Wilton, Donna Alloway, Sharon Stevens and Margaret Mescher, all of Galva, Peggy Wear, Gorin, Mo., Marilyn Brockert, Toolsboro, and Patti Adcock, Muscatine; and brothers, Robert Wagner, Buffalo, and David and Randy Wagner, both of Muscatine.
