(Phyllis Laverne Storey was born on 6 August 1923 in Mulvane, KS,1 4 5 6 died on 3 December 2019 in Oklahoma City, OK 6 and was buried after 3 December 2019 in Littleton Cemetery, Mulvane, KS 6.)

The following entry comes from the California Divorce Index, 1966-1984. The names are quite consistent with belonging to Lewis Cecil Hubbard and wife, Phyllis Laverne Storey but the divorce date of 1983 does not fit at all. Phyllis' first husband, Carl Elmer Barnes, ended up in California but it is not known if they lived in California while married. Besides, Phyllis was remarried in 1959 to Leroy Harrison so it is impractical that this record could apply to her.
