Jesse and his wife, Charlotte, share one common gravestone at North Grove Cemetery which is a polished vertical face monument of gray granite. The inscription which is all carved in relief reads "Jesse Fast 1860 - 1920; Charlotte 1857 - 1918". Below that appear the family name FAST also carved in relief in large block letters.
