  General Notes:

The 1940 US Census listed Victor, his wife, Ruth Baker, and their 2 children but also shows "Elizabeth Richards" as his mother. His mother's name was actually Mary Ella DuBois and never used the name of Elizabeth. Besides his mother died in 1919 and his father died in 1931 so I have no idea who this "mother" could be. This mysterious "mother" was born in Michigan. Both of Victor's parents were born in Ohio but his wife, Ruth, was born in Michigan as well as her 3 siblings. Because of this birth location, I suspect that the mysterious "mother" is actually related to the Baker family and not the Richards family.
