NOTE - Many genealogists have been fooled by the enumerator's erroneous entries on this census record. It would be comical to think that Mary E. Cutshall was the "mother" of George Tyler because although it does say that she is the "mother" and that she is living with her son, a look at her age (87) and the age of George (21) would disclose that she would have been about 66 years old when she gave birth to him. In truth, Mary E. Cutshall was actually Mary Elizabeth Darner, the grandmother of George's wife. Instead of "Mother" it should have read "Grandmother-in-law" if there is such a thing or perhaps read as "Wife's Grandmother."
