EDGERTON - Marcia L. Fast, 77, of Edgerton, died Thursday afternoon, April 22, 2004, at Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne, Ind. Born Sept. 14, 192 6, at Milford Township, Defiance, to Lulu (Heisler) and Zeno Miller, she married Robert L. Fast on Oct. 20, 1956, in the Zion Lutheran Church, rural Edgerton, and he survives. A homemaker, she had worked as a payroll clerk at the Aro Corporation. She was an active member of Zion Lutheran Church, rural Edgerton. In addition to her husband, she is survived by a son, Lyle (and wife, Melissa) Fast of London; two daughters, Mrs. Ken (Lori) Fast-Minkema of Hamden, Conn. and Lisa Fast of Bryan; three grandchildren, Ethan and Adam Minkema and Evan Fast; and a brother, Gene (Welma) Miller of Edgerton. She was preceded in death by her parents and her son, Lonnie Fast. Visitation will be held Saturday from 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM in the Krill Funeral Home in Edgerton and one hour prior to funeral services in the church on Sunday. Funeral services will be held Sunday at 2 p. m. in Zion Lutheran Church, 01018 Cicero Road, Edgerton, with Pastor Christopher Sigmon to officiate. Burial will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery, Edgerton. Memorials may be made to Zion Lutheran Church or to the Williams County Public Library, Edgerton Branch.
