Jacob's gravestone is an approximately 48" tall truncated obelisk of white sandstone that is badly weathered but still readable as of September 2002. The inscription reads "Jacob B., son of J. A. & E. Springer, Died March 15, 1860, Aged 8ys 7m 15ds". The number of days is somewhat indistinct and may not be 15 but some other two digit number such as 12, 13, etc. Plot: Sec A Row 5.
