• Her obituary was published after 5 August 1955. Bessie Fast, 816 W. North St., Lima, died in a Toledo hospital. She had been in ill health the last 10 years.
She was a daughter of John and Almeda (Poor) Young.
She married Harvey Fast, who preceded her in death.
Surviving were a daughter, Mrs. Robert Shepherd, 1018 W. North St.; three brothers, Dee, 1210 Leland Ave., Vermont G, Celina, and Naaman, Mendon; and four grandchildren.
She was a member of the central Church of Christ.
