bullet  Marriage Notes:

The 1900 US Census shows Burr and Ida living in Binghamton, NY but it is a little misleading.

It shows Ida's father, James F. Failing, living with them but he is marked as Father instead of Father-in-Law.

In addition, there is an 18 year old female named Lugenia William(s), born in New York, marked as Daughter. I suspect that this may have been a daughter born to Ida from her possible previous marriage. The 1892 New York State Census shows an Ida Williams living in Binghamton, NY close to Burr Spencer. Living with Ida were 4 children including one name Eugenia Williams.

Burr's birth date was entered as Dec 1863 instead of the expected Dec 1867. His birth location was also given as Ohio instead of New York.
