Joshua Guy Ahalt owned a home located at 308 E. Main Street in Middletown, Maryland. It was built by William Bussard in 1910. Bricks from the old Lutheran Lecture Hall, which had been built prior to 1848 and was bought and torn down by Mr. Bussard, were used as "backing brick" in this residence. He was married to Helen Katherine Gaver, who resided in this house until her death in the early 1990's.
