Mollie was not listed on the 1900 US Census when she would have been about 12 years old. Therefore, it is assumed that she died before 1900 in spite of the fact that on the 1900 US Census, her mother indicated that all 9 of her children were still alive. Obviously it should have stated that only 9 of her 10 children were still alive.
