Some researchers show that both he and his wife were buried at "Tutwiler Cemetery" in Fluvanna County, Virginia but the exact name and location is not known for certain. There is a "Rock Rest-Tutwiler Cemetery" in Fluvanna County, Virginia but there is no visible gravestone for either Wesley Clark Tutwiler or his wife, Amanda at that cemetery. Researcher Kyle Tutwiler Spicer and others show that Tutwiler Cemetery is at Scottsville, Albemarle County, Virginia.

Some other Tutwiler family members that supposed were also buried in Tutwiler Cemetery according to other researchers were actually buried in Hollywood Cemetery in Richmond City, VA.
