  Marriage Notes:

After being married in Iowa, they remained there for a few years with their son, Herbert, being born there.

By 1878 they had moved to Republic County, Kansas where their two daughters were born, Edith in 1878 and Grace in 1882.

By 1900 they had moved once again to Thayer County, Nebraska. Shortly thereafter, they moved once again to Lancaster County, Nebraska. James died in 1914 and Margaret died in 1925. They are both buried in Lincoln, Lancaster County, Nebraska as well as their son Herbert.
