There was both a Nancy J. Rickett and a Nancy J. Pickett born about 1865 in Ashland County, Ohio. Both surnames are spelled with either one ending letter T or two ending letters T on various documents. The most likely one to have married Jacob Henry Fast would have been Nancy J. Rickett whose family was from the Sullivan Township area where Jacob Fast was living. However, the marriage license seems to indicate the surname of Picket instead of Ricket but the handwriting is not totally clear.
