FOUR DRUNKS, ONE FIGHTER SENTENCED IN MUNICIPAL COURT
Fischer, Selzer, Kuttey, Drugan and Sullican Plead Guilty to Charges Against Them

Four men arrested yesterday for appearing on the streets intoxicated and one man arrested yesterday for disorderly conduct pleaded guilty to charges against them in municipal court this morning.

The four booked as "drunks" William Fischer, arrested on East Third Street at 11:50 a.m., Bert Selzer, arrested on East Third Street at 11:50 a.m., Mike Kuttey, arrested on West Fifth Street at 7:30 p.m., and Frank Drugan arrested on East Third Street at 4:30 p.m., were given their choice by Judge E. D. Libera of paying $10 fines or spending three days in the city jail.

A charge of vagrancy against Francis Drugan, 53, who entered a plea of not guilty when arraigned Monday, was dismissed on motion of Mr. Libera when Drugan pleaded guilty to an intoxication charge. He and Arthur Deilke of Winona, who also entered a plea of guilty to an intoxication charge, were given the usual sentences of a $10 fine or a three-day jail term.
