A 1912 Bulletin from the University of Wisconsin lists George Otto Buchholz as an alumni with a Bachelor of Law degree from 1897. It also lists his current occupation as the manager of the Janesville Carriage Works.
It appears that he utilized his law degree and practiced as a lawyer for only a few years after graduation from the University. By 1920 he was involved the commercial tools and hardware; by 1930 he was a factory representative in iron and steel; by 1940 he was a mail clerk for the US Post Office.
