• Her obituary was published after 17 November 1976 in Webster, SD. Mrs. Martha Ekren, 82, former resident of Webster and of Kensal, N.D., died Nov. 17 in Chicago, Ill.

Services are to be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Fiksdal Funeral Chapel in Webster with the Rev. Otto Dorsch officiating. Burial will be in the Webster Cemetery.

Survivors include two sons, Winston, of Santa Rosa, Calif., and Bartlett, of Evergreen, Colo.; and one daughter, Marguerite, of Elmhurst, Ill.

Martha married Einar Bernhart Ekren, son of Andreas S. Ekran and Ingeborg Marie Oldst, about 1920.^{1 2} (Einar Bernhart Ekren was born on 14 November 1891 in NORWAY,⁹ died on 30 November 1961 in Salt Lake City, UT ^{9 10} and was buried after 30 November 1961 in Kensal, ND ¹⁰.)
