Alvernon Lovett 1
![]()
• She was buried in September 1930 in the Elm Grove in Saint Marys, OH. ![]() Alvernon married Abraham Fast, son of Jacob Fast and Sarah Springer, on 22 June 1880 in , Mercer County, OH.1 (Abraham Fast was born on 5 November 1826 in , Fairfield County, OH 3 4 5 6 7 8 and died on 19 April 1902 in , Mercer County, OH 2 3 4 9.)
Abraham Fast married Alvernon (Lovett) Reynolds in 1880 after her first husband, J. W. Reynolds, traveled west and hadn't come home or been heard from. When her daughter, Phoebe Anna Fast, was young, Abraham set Alvernon up in a house in Saint Mary's, Ohio. The reason for this is supposedly that Abraham's older children didn't like or approve of the marriage. Alvernon's first husband did show up or wrote to her after she had remarried. (This was information that was told to me by Elizabeth Hossler who received the information from Ruth (Hossler) Wood.) |
