Smithfield Young Man Dies at Allenport - G. A. R Post's Concerts
Smithfield. Aug 7 - Earl Shoaf, son of Mrs. Jacob Shoaf of Water St., whose serious illness was referred to in yesterday's News Standard, died at Allenport on Tuesday. His remains arrived here on the noon train yesterday. The funeral will take place today from his home on Water Street. Earl was about 20 years old and was sick with fever only a short time. He leaves a father, mother and several brothers and sisters.
