The given name of this person is questionable as I've only found it in the 1880 census. At first sight, it could possibly be "Sepha Merle Roberts" (with Marcle as a poor translation or transcription of Merle) but she was a daughter and the 1880 census shows Marcle to be a son. There was another son, Don M. Roberts, but it is believed that his birth was in 1882. If his birth record was erroneous, then perhaps his middle initial of M was for Marcle.
